ARTISTTAAN

Founded in 2016 by Aamir Kunwar, ARTISTTAAN began as a movement in the streets of East Delhi. What started as a passion project to support local rappers evolved into India's leading independent hip-hop and indie music label.

From a small locality in Jamnapaar, Aamir Kunwar identified raw talent that mainstream labels wouldn't touch. Raga, one of the first artists on the roster, dropped tracks that shook the underground. Then came Shrey's poetic flows, Abir's soulful production, Slay's versatility, and Apoorvv's experimental sound.

Today, ARTISTTAAN is home to some of India's most authentic voices. Every release carries the DNA of Indian streets, languages, and lived experiences. We don't chase charts. We amplify voices that were already loud — just unheard.
